Mekayla Ackerman has spent over a decade in real estate, with her career spanning operational and advisory roles. She has worked across real estate, healthcare, and small business with a focus on turnarounds and early-stage companies that needed both strategic direction and leadership. That experience led her into private markets, where she has worked within alternative investments, led operational turnarounds for private equity firms, built a private debt fund from the ground up, and acquired a portfolio of mobile home parks.
